These Terms & Conditions apply to all bookings made with Little Shell Bali. By placing a booking through our website, you agree to the following terms.
1. Our Service
Little Shell Bali provides short-term rental of baby equipment and temporary safety solutions, including pool fencing, delivered directly to your villa.
We aim to have all items delivered and set up prior to your arrival, where access is available.
2. Bookings & Payment
- All bookings are made through our website and are subject to availability
- Rental dates are selected at checkout and determine pricing
- Full payment is required to secure your booking
- A confirmation will be sent once your booking is successfully placed
We reserve the right to decline or adjust bookings where availability or logistics require.
3. Delivery & Collection
We operate from our main hub in Kerobokan.
Free delivery areas:
- Canggu
- Seminyak
- Kuta
- Kerobokan
Paid delivery areas:
- Sanur, Jimbaran (~$10 AUD)
- Ubud, Nusa Dua (~$20 AUD)
- Uluwatu (~$25 AUD)
Delivery fees (if applicable) are shown at checkout.
Important delivery notes:
- We may use trusted third-party drivers to complete deliveries
- Delivery and setup may occur before check-in or after check-out depending on access
- Customers are responsible for ensuring villa access is arranged
- Delays caused by access issues, traffic, or villa staff are outside our control
4. Rental Period
- Rental duration is based on the dates selected at checkout
- Equipment is hired on a continuous basis (not hourly)
- Late changes may not always be possible due to booking demand
If you require an extension, please contact us as early as possible.
5. Use of Equipment
All equipment must be:
- Used only for its intended purpose
- Kept in reasonable condition
- Not relocated, modified, or tampered with
You are responsible for all items during the rental period.
6. Damage, Loss or Theft
Customers agree to:
- Return all items in the condition they were provided (fair wear and tear accepted)
- Pay for repair or replacement if items are damaged, lost, or stolen
Costs will be based on reasonable replacement or repair value.
7. Cancellations & Changes
We understand plans change.
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before delivery: eligible for refund (minus any processing fees)
- Cancellations made within 48 hours: may not be refundable due to scheduling and preparation
- Date changes are subject to availability
