Little Shell Bali is a family-owned business created by parents who understand what travelling with children actually involves.

Before starting Little Shell Bali, we spent over a decade building structure, systems, and accountability across Industrial Relations, the travel industry with one of Australia’s largest airlines, and finance. That background shaped how we approach everything, from safety standards and cleanliness to reliability and clear communication.

After becoming parents, those professional experiences became personal. Travelling to Bali with our own family highlighted just how much planning and organisation goes into transporting baby and child gear. Prams, cots, and safety items are bulky, delicate, and not always easy to travel with. We also saw how quickly concerns like pool safety can add stress to a villa stay, particularly with a child who has no fear of the water.

Through both our professional experience in aviation and our own family travel, we’ve seen that even with the best systems in place, travel doesn’t always go perfectly. Delays, tight connections, and the sheer volume of luggage moving through airports can occasionally result in essential items arriving late or not at all. When this happens, it can add unexpected stress at the very start of a holiday.

Little Shell Bali was created to quietly support families in those moments. Not by adding more complexity, but by removing it. Our focus is on providing practical, reliable support so families can arrive prepared, settle in quickly, and feel more at ease throughout their stay.
