Do you work with villa managers?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with villa managers and concierge teams.
What if my travel plans change?
Cancellations more than 48 hours before delivery are eligible for a full refund. Within 48 hours may not be refundable.
How do I book?
Contact us via WhatsApp (+61 402 117 818) or email (hello@littleshellbali.com) with your travel dates, villa location, and items needed.
What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to villas and accommodation across Bali including Canggu, Seminyak, Kuta and Kerobokan. If you would like to confirm we service your area, please contact us.
Do you charge for delivery?
Delivery and Collection
Delivery and collection fees are based on the delivery location.
The fee includes one delivery and one collection to the same address. Multiple items are covered by the same fee when they can be delivered and collected together.
If items have different hire dates and require separate delivery or collection trips, an additional delivery and collection fee will apply.
Free delivery and collection areas
Free delivery and collection is available for baby gear bookings of A$75 or more in:
Kerobokan, Seminyak, Petitenget, Batu Belig, Canggu, Berawa, Batu Bolong, Pererenan, Legian, Kuta and Tuban.
A$12 delivery and collection applies to baby gear bookings under A$75 in these areas.
A$25 delivery and collection areas
Sanur, Jimbaran, Seseh and Cemagi.
A$35 delivery and collection areas
Ubud, Nusa Dua, Tanjung Benoa, Uluwatu, Pecatu, Ungasan, Bingin, Padang Padang, Balangan, Melasti and Tanah Lot.
Delivery to other locations may be available by quotation.
Pool Fencing
A separate pool-fencing service fee applies for installation and removal.
When pool fencing and baby gear can be delivered and collected together, they share the same location-based delivery and collection fee.
If their hire dates require separate trips, separate delivery and collection fees apply.
Is your equipment cleaned between hires?
Yes. All equipment is professionally cleaned, sanitised, and safety checked after every hire.
Can equipment be delivered before we arrive?
Yes. Where villa access is arranged with your property manager, we can deliver and set up before you arrive.
Is the pool fencing permanent?
No. Our pool fencing is temporary and modular, designed for villa stays.
Are your prams suitable for Bali terrain?
Yes. Our prams are specifically chosen for Bali conditions — uneven footpaths, narrow pathways, and daily use around villas.
Do you install the equipment?
Yes. We coordinate delivery and professional setup. All installations are safety-checked before we leave.
